A little combination of a foam rolling and stretching flow. This is great for days when you're feeling really tight or tense! I don't use the foam roller all the time, but I highly recommend incorporating this into your routine if you're doing a lot of workouts that leave you feeling tight afterwards! This relieves muscle tension, helps increase circulation, and it makes you feel really good!
