I use my own body weight here but you can add in the 1lb weights around your ankles/palms to intensify the movements. Do what feels good for you.
This series is perfect when you want to be gentle on your body but still get something in. This focuses on stretching but all of my flows incorporate some form of stretching into them. When you're looking for something extra this is go-to.

This is perfect to add on to another flow such as an arm or booty series. If you only have under 20 minutes this is great to squeeze in.
