We are doing an arm and back focused flow. I usually don't do back focused flows because almost all of the movements that I have in all of the flows will strengthen your back. However, to give some targeted moves, this flow will focus on that! I'll be incorporating 1 lb weights and a mix of your own body weight!

Today's flow is all about the booty and all uses your own body weight. You're welcome to add ankle weights, but I recommend weaving flows in using your own body weight. That's where you really sculpt that body definition.
